	Local Road Project - Meadow Lane City of DuBois, PA, Constructed 1997/98	Having teamed with other large highway consultants on interstate and primary local road projects, the LSA survey crews are familiar with the PennDOT survey requirements for major design and construction. Part of the alignment for the I-99 corridor near State College, PA was established by LSA surveyors and engineers in 2000/2001.
	A local road such as the one pictured above (Meadow Lane) was designed as a connector or access drive to serve the Best Western Motel and other business establishments such
	as the S & T Bank in DuBois, PA. The project involved surveys, design geometry, utility rearrangements and storm water containment.	I-99 Corridor - Scotia Road/I-99 Intersection near State College, PA
	Pennsylvania State University - DuBois Campus Parking Lot - Constructed 2000
		Parking lots such as the one developed for Penn State, on difficult terrain create unprecedented challenges. We visualized a design that would fit the site, provide harmony with the existing landscapes, yet address all of the factors common to an exceptionally well engineered project. The final work was concluded in a timely fashion and exceeded our clients expectations.
