Bridges and the engineering of bridges have been a part of this nations history since early civilization. The trestle, arch, and truss were known as some of the early type designs. Many of the ancient concepts in bridge engineering are still followed in the design of modern bridges.

Because of past experience on numerous other bridge projects, Lee-Simpson Associates, Inc. have developed a unique blend of skills in preparing designs that meet the standards and specifications required by local government and state bridge departments. Our bridge staff frequently attend seminars, sponsored by the state, and in this context, remain current with the technical and administrative requirements for bridges on local and state roadways.
