T-733 BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS OVER MOSHANNON CREEK, PHASE II

Bids will be received for bridge rehabilitation services for the T-733 bridge over Moshannon Creek in Cooper Township.

The labor standard, prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry are included in the contract documents as an attachment.

The time of completion of the work of this contract is 60 consecutive calendar days. Damages for delay of contract completion shall be liquidated at the rate of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day that expires after the specified date of completion.

All proposals must be on the forms furnished by Lee-Simpson Associates, Inc. and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Clearfield County Commissioners in an amount of 10% of the proposal amount.

All contractors shall comply with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring employment opportunities.
